How USCIS actually decides
Awards, exclusive memberships, published material about you, judging others, original contributions of major significance, scholarly authorship, exhibitions, leading or critical roles, high remuneration, commercial success.

A Nobel, Pulitzer, Olympic medal or similar skips the criteria analysis entirely. Almost nobody qualifies this way.
